Who processes your data

The data controller is Real Plan B s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 24113433, registered at Bělehradská 858/23, Vinohrady, 120 00 Praha 2, operating this site under the brand Reality pro investory.

What data we process

We only process data you enter yourself in a form on this site:

• full name,
• email address,
• phone number (optional),
• the text of your message and which listing your inquiry relates to,
• for the property-sale form, also the location and your price expectations.

We also technically store your browser identifier, the domain the form was submitted from, and the date and time consent was given. We do not store your IP address — we use it only briefly, in server memory, to limit how many forms can be submitted, as a safeguard against abuse.

Why we process your data

We use your data solely to contact you and handle your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by checking the box on the form, and, if we subsequently begin discussing a specific property with you, the performance of a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it to third parties.

How long we keep your data

We keep inquiries for 3 years from our last contact with you, so we can refer back to earlier communication. If we enter into a contract, the retention period follows the applicable statutory periods (in particular tax and accounting rules). You can request erasure at any time before that.

Who may receive your data

Your data is processed by us. In addition, we use the following processors:

• Hetzner Online GmbH — operates the server that runs the site and database. The servers are located in Germany, i.e. within the EU.
• Resend — sends email notifications about your inquiry.

We may also disclose data to public authorities where required by law.

Your rights

In connection with this processing, you have the right to:

• know what data we process about you and to access it,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased,
• restrict processing,
• port your data to another controller,
• object to processing,
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
